Gratitude & Glitter workshop was a truly special experience - one that reminded us how powerful it can be to slow down, reflect and intentionally create space for calm. Held as a mindful, creative wellbeing session, the workshop brought together a room full of people choosing to pause before the year becomes busy again.
In a world where we’re constantly moving from one task to the next, this creative workshop offered something different: permission to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. The energy in the room was warm and grounded, with participants immersing themselves in gratitude practices designed to support emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, and self-connection.
Through gentle, art-based activities inspired by art therapy principles, participants were able to slow down their thoughts, regulate their nervous systems, and tune into what truly matters to them. These moments of creativity and reflection highlighted how accessible mindfulness can be when paired with simple creative tools — no prior art experience required.
Creating time for yourself isn’t always easy, especially during busy seasons. Choosing to attend a wellbeing or mindfulness workshop can feel like a small decision, yet its impact can be deeply meaningful. I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who made that choice — to show up, engage with gratitude, and give themselves an hour of presence and care.
As the year continues, my hope is that each participant carries a spark of gratitude with them - noticing the small wins, appreciating moments of joy, and remaining open to hope and new possibilities. Gratitude, when practiced consistently, has the power to reshape how we experience our days, both personally and professionally.
