Refund policy

Returns
Inform within 3 calendar days after item being received if you are looking to return an item. Ensure the item is unused and undamaged in order to be eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As custom artworks are created for your space specifically on demand, such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipments
You'll be paying for the shipment of items you wish to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be processed when the item is returned and received by seller.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, contact us.
