Often, it shows up as mental fatigue, reduced focus, emotional flatness, or the feeling that even small tasks require too much effort.
Burnout Reset is a guided online creative wellbeing session designed to help professionals pause, regulate, and gently rebuild mental and emotional capacity using evidence-informed art therapy practices.
This session is an online art therapy workshop, supporting corporate wellbeing through practical, creative tools that can be applied during real workdays not just in moments of crisis.
Through simple, structured creative exercises (no art experience required), participants will:
-Identify early signs of burnout and chronic stress
-Learn creative regulation techniques that support recovery
-Restore focus, emotional balance, and cognitive clarity
-Build sustainable habits that help reduce burnout over time
Join Venus, your friendly artist & certified art therapist for this session to help you reconnect through creativity, self-kindness, and powerful affirmations. In just 45 minutes each week in September, you’ll create space for expression, reflection, and emotional clarity, even if you don’t consider yourself “artistic.”
