A festive light hearted workshop for creative connection.
In a fast-paced world, taking time to reflect often feels like a luxury - but it’s actually a cornerstone of resilience, emotional regulation, and effective leadership.
To honour this end-of-year moment, I’m hosting a creative wellbeing workshop: Gratitude & Glitter.
It’s a light, reflective session blending intentional art-making with a guided gratitude activity, held inside Frank Mac’s, a beautiful heritage-listed space in The Rocks.
For anyone looking to close the year with appreciation and start the next with renewed energy, this is a gentle but powerful way to do it.

I had the opportunity to attend Venus’ Creative Affirmation Workshop at our amaysim office, and it was truly transformative. Rather than providing pre-written affirmations, Venus gently guided us to create our own—helping us tune in to our inner voice and identify the thoughts that often hold us back.
Through simple yet powerful exercises, she created a safe space for honest self-reflection and self-expression. We explored how to notice, challenge, and reframe the inner dialogue that can limit our creativity and confidence. By the end of the session, I felt more in control of my mindset and better equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose.
Venus brought so much calm, insight, and authenticity to the session. It was such a refreshing and empowering experience—one I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and their creativity.
