What is Mandala Reset?

4-week online series where you learn tangible mindfulness tools to build your emotional resilience and learn healthy boundary setting, using mandalas onlyeach class 45 minutes and is guaranteed to be gentle, accessible, and emotionally regulating.
Each session follows four themes (Grounding, Release, Boundaries, Integration) through different mandala formats that build emotional resilience progressively.

Join Venus, your friendly artist & certified art therapist for a 4-week online journey designed to help you reconnect through creativity, self-kindness, and powerful affirmations. In just 45 minutes each week in September, you’ll create space for expression, reflection, and emotional clarity, even if you don’t consider yourself “artistic.”

Each session includes:

About the Instructor:
Venus is a renowned artist & certified art therapist, art competitions finalist, with international exhibitions to her credit. Living in Sydney, Venus is also a dedicated meditator and has been practicing journaling for more than a decade, has conducted numerous workshops on mindfulness for art lovers, corporates, and kids. Join her in this workshop and leave with a sense of calm, mental strength, and valuable affirmation skills for you to take away in your mental toolkit.
