Please note: Admission to the Yoga Day event itself is not included in this booking. Event entry tickets must be purchased separately through the event organiser.

Session 1: Affirmation Cards for Positivity

Session 2: Make Your Own Fun Fridge Magnets

Design and decorate a set of playful magnets that reflect your personality, favourite quotes, positive reminders, or meaningful symbols.

Session 3: DIY Happiness Jar

Session 4: Journaling for Calming Your Senses

Session 5: Intention-Led Collage Making

Using curated images, words, colours, and textures, create a visual collage inspired by an intention, goal, feeling, or aspiration you wish to nurture.
This expressive exercise encourages creative exploration and provides a visual reminder of what matters most to you right now.
